About Us

The Emirates International Maritime Academy (EIMA) has been established with the vision of becoming a centre of excellence for maritime education and training. We are committed to providing a wide range of programs, specialized short courses and training to meet the diverse needs of maritime industries – both onshore and offshore.

EIMA’s scope and ambitions are poised to be widened when it moves into its eventual home - Dubai Maritime City Campus at Dubai Maritime City, the world's first purpose-built maritime centre. It will provide undergraduate, post-graduate, certificate and training programs to the industry and community.

Working in close co-ordination with maritime companies in the UAE and beyond, the Academy will be instrumental in meeting the growing needs for qualified and well-trained maritime professionals.

EIMA is conceived to be the gateway for fulltime as well as part-time students towards entering into a maritime industry that offers exciting and rewarding careers.
